Gran Fondo 4th June

General interest in doing this one, several have already entered.
Lead: Paul

Tynedale beer festival (County Durham) 15th - 17th June (Thur to Sat)
Proposal is to stay in Tow Law (Ken’s place) at that time and potentially some days before and/or after the festival, depending on who is interested and when suits. Lots of room in house.
The ride options will be planned more carefully later, but will be quite testing and good prep for the real alps. Those interested can look up Roof of England sportive for an idea of the possibilities and typical terrain. The Winking Sheep route is probably too long, but the Durham Dales ride option is more realistic at about 5 hours. We will definitely work out some good routes, taking in the beer festival (which is also worth googling as it's a great event with music and lots of food options).
General interest in doing this one. People need to sort out their own dates so that we can coordinate. Festival tickets need to be bought in advance
Lead: Ken
